The Therapy

Many hypnotherapists only use suggestion hypnosis to help their clients overcome their problems or achieve their goals. However I believe that by using analytical hypnotherapy, NLP and other therapies where appropriate, greater success is achieved in a shorter period. Analytical hypnotherapy techniques are used to get to the root cause of the problem so you can let go of any unhelpful underlying emotions and feelings. NLP techniques are used to help motivate and to change negative feelings into positive ones. Where there is an unwanted habit or behaviour, I'll help you break the behaviours and replace it with something better for you.

How many sessions?

It is my aim is to help you resolve your problem(s) in as few sessions as possible. Each client is unique and is treated as such. Smoking Cessation usually requires just one session of about two hours.. For Weight Loss I recommend a minimum of three sessions. Other problems can take as little as one session to a maximum of five. The first session includes a consultation. Session length is variable, the average being 90 minutes.
