I utilise the "Rewind Technique", probably the most effective treatment on the market today.The "Rewind Technique" allows "closure without disclosure". RT eradicates the root of the problem – it stops the recall. This in turn removes the need for avoidance behaviour and eliminates the increased arousal. The Rewind, therefore, spares the client from being continuously affected by the recall and then having to use coping mechanisms. The Rewind Technique does not make it possible to forget the traumatic memories – no treatment does- but rather it offers a way of permanently stopping the involuntary recall.

We are all a product of our experiences.
